Football Penalty Kick

Requirements
The penalty kick should be kicked from the penalty spot, and the kicker must be identified. When serving, except for the kicker and the opposing goalkeeper, all other players should be outside the penalty area and on the playing field, and at least 9.15 meters away from the penalty spot. The opposing goalkeeper must stand on the goal line between the two goal posts before the ball is sent out (with both feet not allowed to move). The kicker must kick the ball forward; he must not touch the ball again before other players kick or touch it. When the ball rolls to the circumference of the ball, the game is resumed. A penalty kick can be scored directly. When a penalty kick is executed during the game, and when a penalty kick is executed or re-issued with extended time at the end of the first half, if the kicked ball touches any one or both goal posts; or touches the crossbar; or touches the goalkeeper; or touches the goalpost, crossbar or goalkeeper continuously and enters the goal, as long as there is no foul, it should be judged as a goal.
Penalties
Any violation of any provision of this chapter shall be punished as follows:
1. If a player of the defending team commits a foul, the ball shall be punished severely if the penalty kick is not made.
2. If a player of the attacking team other than the player who takes the penalty kick commits a foul, the penalty kick will be invalid and the player shall be punished severely.
3. If the player who takes the penalty kick commits a foul after the game is resumed, an indirect free kick shall be taken by the opposing team at the place of the foul in accordance with the specific circumstances of the free kick rules. [22]
Throw-in
When the entire ball, whether on the ground or in the air, crosses the sideline, it shall be thrown into any direction on the court from the point where the ball crossed the sideline.
When throwing the ball, the player who throws the ball must face the court, with both feet partly on or outside the sideline, without leaving the ground, and throw the ball into the court from behind and over the head with both hands. The game shall resume immediately as soon as the ball enters the court. The player who throws the ball shall not touch the ball again until it is kicked or touched by another player. A throw-in cannot be scored directly into the goal.
Penalties
1. If the ball is not thrown into the field in the prescribed manner, the opposing team shall throw the ball out of bounds at the same place.
2. If the player who threw the ball touches the ball again after throwing it into the field before it is kicked or touched by another player, the opposing team shall take an indirect free kick at the place where the foul occurred. If a player commits a foul in the opposing team's goal area or in their own goal area, an indirect free kick shall be taken according to the specific circumstances of the free kick rules. [22]
Goal kick
When the entire ball, whether in the air or on the ground, goes beyond the goal line and the last player to kick or touch the ball is a player of the attacking team, the defending team's goalkeeper shall directly kick the ball out of the penalty area from any point in the penalty area to resume play. The goalkeeper may not receive the ball in his hands and then kick it out into the game. If the ball is not directly kicked out of the serving area, that is, it has not entered the game, it shall be re-taken. The goalkeeper may not touch the ball again before it is kicked or touched by another player. A goal kick may not be scored directly from a goal kick. When a goal kick is taken, all opposing players must stand outside the kicking area before the ball is kicked out of the kicking area.
If the player who takes the goal kick kicks the ball out of the kicking area and then touches the ball again before it is kicked or touched by another player, an indirect free kick shall be awarded to the opposing team at the place where the foul occurred. If the foul is committed in the penalty area, the penalty shall be determined according to the specific circumstances of the free kick rules. [22]
Corner kick
When the entire ball, whether in the air or on the ground, passes beyond the goal line from outside the goal, and the last person to touch the ball is a member of the defending team, a member of the attacking team shall place the ball in the corner kick area closest to where the ball went out of bounds and take a corner kick.
When a corner kick is taken, the corner flagpole may not be moved. A corner kick directly results in a goal. Opponents of the player who takes the corner kick may not enter within 9.15 meters of the ball before it enters play, that is, before it rolls to the circumference of the ball. The player who takes the corner kick may not touch the ball again before it is touched by another player.
1. If a player who takes a corner kick touches the ball again before it is kicked or touched by another player, the referee shall award an indirect free kick to the opposing player at the place where the foul occurred. If a player commits a foul in the goal area, the specific circumstances of the free kick rule shall apply.
