Football Game Rules

The game is divided into two teams, each with 11 players (generally, each team is allowed to replace five substitutes during the game), and one of them must be a goalkeeper. The full game is 90 minutes, divided into two halves, each 45 minutes. The rest time between the first and second halves shall not exceed 15 minutes. There is a referee and two sideline referees in the game. In each half, the referee can add extra time based on injuries and substitutions. If the game must be decided, if the two teams are tied within 90 minutes, an extra time of 15 minutes each will be played in the first and second halves. If it is still tied, the winner will be decided by a penalty shootout.
If the ball completely crosses the sideline, a throw-in will be awarded. After a player touches the ball out of the bottom line of his own goal, a corner kick will be awarded to the opponent. When passing the ball forward, there must be two opposing players between the player receiving the ball and the goal, otherwise it will be judged offside. A foul committed by a player in his own penalty area will be awarded a penalty kick to the other team. If the penalty kick is saved by the goalkeeper or kicked off the goal post, the game will continue, but in the penalty shootout, if the ball hits the goal frame and bounces back, no follow-up shot can be made. A foul committed outside the penalty area will be awarded a free kick to the other team. If the free kick penalty spot is close to the penalty area, the opponent's defender can build a human wall. A direct free kick can be shot directly, while an indirect free kick must be passed before shooting. In the event of serious fouls and violations, the referee will show a yellow card to warn. If the offending player receives a second yellow card warning or commits a malicious foul, the referee will show a red card and send him off the field.
The game time should be divided into two equal halves, each half is 45 minutes, and a game is 90 minutes. Special circumstances are excluded by both parties and the following provisions shall be implemented:
a. The time lost in each half due to substitutions, handling injuries, delays and other reasons shall be made up, and the amount of this time shall be determined by the referee.
b. At the end of each half or the full game, if a penalty kick, corner kick, free kick in the front court or dribbling into the opponent's penalty area and no goal has been scored, the time should be extended until the attack is completed. Unless agreed by the referee, the rest time between the first and second halves shall not exceed 15 minutes.
