The manufacturing of glued-panel soccer balls follows 8 key steps with strict quality control:​

Material Prep & Cutting​

Select high-quality PU/synthetic leather, butyl rubber bladder and wound thread. Cut PU into standard hexagonal/pentagonal panels via automated machines for uniform size.​

Panel Printing​

Print custom designs (logos, patterns) on panels by screen printing/heat transfer, then dry to ensure ink fastness.​

Inner Core Making​

Test butyl bladder's air tightness, wrap with wound thread to boost elasticity, shape retention and flight stability.​

Panel Edge Treatment​

Coat printed panels' edges with eco-friendly, high-bond adhesive via precision equipment, controlling thickness to avoid overflow.​

Panel Assembly & Bonding​

Assemble adhesive-coated panels around the inner core, then press in a mold (100-120℃, 20-30 mins) for seamless bonding.​

Trimming & Polishing​

Trim excess adhesive/irregular edges, polish the surface for smoothness and better touch.​

Quality Inspection​

Check each ball: 24-hour air tightness test, weight/size verification (meets Size 5 standards), bounce test and visual flaw check.​

Packaging​

Deflate qualified balls slightly, wrap in film and pack into boxes; bulk orders use shock-absorbing cartons.​
